Hi, I’m Daniel Park.

My path to real estate started in a lab, not an open house. I earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Texas at Dallas, where I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering, and then built a career in the medical device industry. That work taught me to dig into the details, double-check the numbers and explain complicated things in plain language — the same habits I now bring to every contract, inspection and negotiation.

I’ve also called both South Korea and the United States home, and I proudly served in the Republic of Korea Army. That experience taught me discipline, teamwork and the importance of keeping my word.

Real estate became personal for me early: I bought my first property at 23. Going through it myself showed me how much a home can do for a family’s financial future — and how much it helps to have someone in your corner who explains every step. Helping my clients build that same kind of financial security is what I love most about this work.

My approach is simple: tell you the truth, build a clear plan and execute it well. I hold myself to four values — integrity, competence, respect and empathy — and your interests always come first. You’ll never have to wonder where things stand, because I stay in touch and follow through.

I’m fluent in English and Korean (한국어 상담 가능), so I can guide Korean-speaking families and investors through every step in the language they’re most comfortable with.
